Refund Policy
As physical merchandise is individually made for each order, all sales of physical merchandise are final.
Orders of digital download games fulfilled through our own websites (ie: DragonAudit.com) are eligible for a full refund on request. Limit two weeks from product delivery. Contact support for details.
Orders of digital download games purchased here and fulfilled through other websites & platforms are not eligible for refunds.
Given the additional costs we incur in accepting refunds, users may be prevented from further purchases and/or refunds depending on the circumstances. (Additional refunds beyond the first to be granted on a case by case basis.)
